Madara Uchiha was one of the first members the Uchiha clan to awaken the mangekyo sharingan using its power he rose to become the leader of the clan, during his reign as leader the clan became well known as a mercenary clan and would be hired to help them win wars.
i used the banpresto madara statue as a base removed the arms and legs then gave him articulated limbs from a toynami kakashi, he is in scale with the toynami figures and as you can see from the pics he can hold his war fan or a katana and easily take on 2 narutos :)

Excellent work, I have been trying this recipe at home and I'm not 100% how to go about getting the arms and legs in place lol Thanks for posting this though Naruto needs more customs on here!
O.O This....is...freaking....epic! Great job on this man. I'm a huge fan of the new Naruto figures and it's awesome that this one fits in perfectly with them.
