Hi folks,
This is my attempt at a Sinestro Corps Superman-Prime custom fig.
The head, lower part of the legs, lower part of the arms and shoulder piece w/ cape are from the DC Direct Earth Prime Superboy. The rest is from a DCUC Sinestro Corps Maash figure. Added some Sinestro Corps logos on both shoulder pieces and boots (took a little artistic freedom here).
I didn't like the tubes that came with the DC Direct figure. I replaced them with cool-looking translucent ones. They're from a plastic bracelet. The yellow strap that goes across his chest was also another piece of the plastic bracelet, painted in yellow.
The figure required very little repainting as most of it had the right colors already. As I recall, the cape and feet were repainted black. The waist piece was painted blue.
Completed August 2011.
