Simple custom figure.. I only make make a mold of the head of both figure by using putty. then repaint the batman figure into RLC uniform.

Head: Custom from putty
Body: DCUC Red lantern Skallox
Collar: Nite-lik
Shoulder Pads: X-force Apocalypes figure

Veon:
Head: custom from putty
Body: batman figure:
Forearms n Boots: DCUC Red Lantern Skallox
