Cut of his hair and make him a bonnet, sleeves, the suspender and shoes from Kneadtite. The boxing glove was also made from Kneadatite and the spikes were made from the tops of some toothpicks. For the whole gang I think it needs a lot of work, but Hasbro never ever made this figures, so we have to make most of them by ourself.
