Grageon the Spellcaster hails from a world where magic is a basic way of life. And that way of life eventually led to death. A war between the light and dark Spellcasters was inevitable. Each Spellcasters wielding magic staffs in their arsenal. Each staff infused with a great amount of magical energy, but not infinite. So once your staff has petered out, recharging it is necessary. Grageon sought a way to make his staff all powerful. One day while exploring ancient ruins on his world he came upon a single shred of parchment that promised infinite power. He read these words aloud and it was given.

“In blackest day, in brightest night,
Beware your fears made into light
Let those who try to stop what's right,
Burn like his power... Sinestro's might!”

The power came in the form of a Sinestro Corps ring. And with ring and staff he ended the Spellcaster War. Grageon rules over his home planet as a Spellcaster and Sinestro Corps Soldier.

Grageon's Staff: He carries his staff everywhere. Grageon is practically twice as strong as your average Sinestro Corps soldier with it at his side.

Hands: DC Universe Classics Hal Jordan repainted as needed. Forearms were dremelled to allow the longer peg to fit.
Cape: DC Universe Classics Lord Naga. Colored the green black. Left the other color as is. I think it works well with this custom. The cape does cover up part of his symbol but I like it.
Staff: Spawn Spellcaster Staff
