Alright guys, for those of you who have been following my video tutorials… Here he is!!! Version VI of my Movie Masters Superman the Movie Christopher Reeve figure. I recently did a 6 part video tutorial on the "Tube" detailing the process of creating this figure. I'm already working on version 7!! I am working very closely from reference on this piece so I am trying to nail all those little details that make Christopher Reeve's Superman… SUPER!!!

So far the work on this figure includes:
• Sculpted torso to reduce the musculature and
• Sculpted boots and upper legs
• Cast head featuring a sculpted hairdo minus spitcurl
• Sculpted cape top with fabric cape then attached underneath to give total control of presentation
• Cut vinyl decal emblem
• Fabric Cape with decal for yellow "S"
• Primed and painted throughout.

Definitely check out my video tutorial series and let me know what you think!!!

Your work was really inspirational to me when I did my latest chris Reeve superman. I was wondering if it would be possible to buy some casted heads from you, cause I definitely wanna make more versions, to try harder and improve it, and a Clark Kent too, of course.
I´ll give you my e-mail just in case we can work something out.

I've actually got one up on the big "E" right now. Just a superman. Hadn't cranked out any Clark's just yet. Too much trouble casting glasses.

Couldn´t find the head on the "E" website, perhaps because I am located in Spain. I´d appreciate if you E-mailed me, to talk about those heads. Just want supes heads, I can make my own Clark.

Thanks.

First of all, this is awesome just like your previous versions. Second, do you keep updating on the same figure or you make another one? Just wondering because I would like to own one.

I make new ones every time. That why I'm such a fan of casting the heads. This one has a sculpted hairdo ands I plan to use it over and over. Every time I do one I see an opportunity to make improvements and innovations to my process. It's clear to see I'm having a great time with this.

Had you bought a figure from me before? It seems like I saw your name on my New 52 figure a couple weeks ago.

Excellent work! I really like what you did with softening the musculature to give him a more realistic look. Christopher Reeve probably would have been sincerely moved at the sheer amount of tributes and work that people have put into making customs of him. Still campaigning for one of you super fans to make a George Reeves custom! Also how weird is it that two of the guys who played Superman have such similar sounding last names?

I'm a huge fan of the 70s movies. As a kid of the 80s I couldn't get the theme song out of my head if I tried. Definitely check out my George Reeves figures though. (just click on "revisionist Toymaker" up top and you'll find it quickly. I'm kinda working on a history of superman theme but I couldn't help but get stuck on my favorite of all.
Thanks!

Went and checked out that George Reeves custom, it's awesome and thanks for making that bro, I will sleep more soundly at night now knowing that exists lol! Also was really digging the Max Fleischer Superman, as I am a total mark for the animation of the old school cartoons. Beauteous!
