Well, what can I say? There have been some hardcore 80's fans that sugested me to make her,-Both men and women- At the beginning I was really skeptic, but the great reception it has had on my Facebook page and her video, it's making me think that there might be a market for good ol' Jem!

She was made out of a Marvel Universe female base, sculpted hair (the most iconic and difficult part, cause if done wrong, she could have ended up looking like Lady Gaga!) The mic is also sculpted from scratch in apoxie. One ultra pink paint job later and Jem is ready to rock Loolapalooza!

P.S... i've noticed there is no Jem category in the realm's "toy series"...Is this the only one? Hope not!

hi how did you make the jem hair I am hoping to make a jem fiure myself only mine will be about 6 inches will it be hARDER TO MAKE IT ON A JARGR SCALE????????????

Depends on your skill. Wow the hair...her most iconic part, I remember having searched for tons of model sheets from the show. It was sculpted in layers. First a basic hair shape then added the front part, then the other parts and finally the extra bangs all over. On every stage, the apoxie had to be left to dry first to proceed to the next step.

jem, truly outrageous, fashion and fame. great job and glad to see her get some love, she was on my pondering to make list. I grew up with her and rainbow bright due to my sisters and they were much cooler than the care bears.
