Starfire (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:34119
Name:Starfire
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:Cosmic Fantasy Customs
Date Added:November 6, 2011
Base Figure:psylocke
Height:6.00 inches
This is one of my favorite female dc characters, used to watch teen titans all the time, so my knowledge is limited to that show and not the comic. Well to start off for the princess I used a psylocke figure with an older toybiz storm hair (an electric/robotic series came with a diorama/base). I then sculpted some extra hair, collar, glove details, top of leggins and jewels.

Hope you like her as much as I do and views, comments and support appreciated.

reached my limit on comments so will leave comments as soon as I can, thanks for the kind words and support everyone.

thanks again truly means a lot. I do not have any pics of her with raven yet, but I am planning on making some pics for the action pics section and will have that. just stay tuned and I love the style of her also (I try to mix comic, cartoon and video game into my style), I saved that hair for over 6 years and did not know why.

thanks again, she was one I really wanted to try something different with the hair. I was never really familiar with most of dc other than most of the superfriends, but then dc started making some of the best cartoons on the market and feel in love with the ladies of the titans.

I'd say she looks like she's "lighting it up" as she normally did with her hair on fire when she took to the air! Really looks fantastic! I always thought her and Grayson should've stayed together(they were an item back in the 80's)

I always remember seeing some of her pics on covers, but my limitation to the character is teen titans cartoon, michael turner art and heroclix and I guess I mish mashed a bit of all of that. Thanks again my friend truly appreciated. I did like the fact in kingdom come that they had a child nightfire (I believe), but yes they should be together. As for Raven and Beast Boy, kinda unsure, co-workers hooking up can lead to some bad team dynamics, especially if everyone is doing it.

Whoa, she's totally BLAZING! Love the color, makes her look radioactive .But don't let all these sweet comments lull you into a false sense of security. You SIR, are capable of even much better work! Look forward to seeing your next projects

Nice work CFC, the costume details are sweet, and I love the mane! Shade of the paint discussion aside, at least I can say the application is clean and crisp.

thanks my friend and great moderator, always love your comments and criticism, highly valued. I love the hair also, but it does hinder the flight stand poses a bit. should have the issue resolved soon, I am a bit obsessive over these things and glad to get feedback.

thanks means a lot, the hair limits some of the flight stand poses, but loved the overall effect of the hair.

She looks like she flew too close to a star. Why the red skin?

I would suggest you go over the skin with a lighter shade of orange and leave the base as highlights. Besides the skin this is really good!

for both comments, the skin is actually much lighter, but my camera made it come out much darker. I tried to adjust it, but it threw the hair color off too much. If you are familiar with blazing orange, that is the color I used. I had a similar circumstance with the leader custom I made. I got the orange the color is should be, but it threw off the yellow, so just went with it. As for flying to close to a star, nah she probably flew in to get a tan lol.
