Here he is people, my pride and joy! :D

After getting an official Batman: The Dark Knight Returns figure, I wanted to give him more articulation for obvious reasons so I decided that my Street Fighter: Series 1 M.Bison was worth giving up for Batman so I cut, sawed, modded and painted it to turn the Big Red Psycho in to the Big Dark Kinght :)

I modded the head and neck so that it looked straight ahead (he originally had a slight turn in his neck) and so it would fit on the M.Bison body and retain its movement.

I cut off Bisons 'gauntlets' and modded the Dark Knight gloves so that they would fit to the size left on the arms and again so they kept their movement.

I took of his coat tails and put the Dark Knight belt on.

I cut and modded the chest and knees, covered them over with putty and smoothed them out.

I modded his knee gaureds/foot gaurdes with putty to turn them in to boots.

after all that I painted him in the appropriate colors, put a bat symbol on his chest, put his cape on and he was ready to fight the mutants :)

ps. I may at some point mod his boots further so that they have a more 'Batman-esk' look about them but for now their alright with me:)
