I started by removing the belt and filled in the gap with Apoxy, removed the spikes from the gloves and added new ones made out of plastic.
The next step was to cut the pieces for the new belt from styrene and sculpted the belt buckle with Apoxy, after that I drilled small holes on top of the hands, and back to insert snap on clips for the wings.I remodeled the head to complete the bottom part of the mask.
I made the wings from double vinyl also with snap on clips, made the batarang from scratch and painted the entire figure.

Very clean paintjob but I would advice you to use a different head since it looks like one of those batman head with accessories...well in this case it looks like a tumor lol!

man he came out great and his facial expression is perfect! but whats that beside his head I can't figure out what it is. still looks awesome and I like the removable wings
