Many years ago, I attempted to see if it was possible to sculpt an entire action figure from scratch. Here is the result. I made an armature from aluminum armature wire and made it posable by connecting joints that I cut from fodder figures. He is articulated at the shoulders, hips, and knees.His gun is made from another figure's accessory and fits into his holster. He is scuplted with super sculpey and painted with acrylic craft paints.
