I wanted an angry looking Iceman with a really frosty look. I had an Archangel figure laying around so I painted it blue and gave it a white drybrush. The Ice Beam is just one of the power blast things that come with all MU figures filled with some hot glue and painted. I think the Ice shard is from a Thor Ice Giant.
