hey peeps! been awile since i posted so here is my new one, Shiva! I have not seen anyone make this before(that i am aware of) and let me say it was very difficult and a very long process,and i prolly will not do it again!I always liked the look and basic character of the Shiva robots,to hunt down and terminate all previous weapon x agents,but so far i dont think the robots have done so good,despite havin adamantium blades covering their bodies.i really wanted to make one but had trouble finding a base,so i picked up this silver dc direct superman,not sure what story its from but he is all metal with a yellow and black chest emblem that is not his regular symbol. anyway it had suck-tastic articulation so i cut him if half at the waist and added a modern iron man waist,cut off his legs from lower thighs up and replaced with modern iron mans thighs.I took an onslaught baf head and re-sculpted it to match shivas mug,and added in some rip claw hands and wrists,all in all ha is almost as possible as a regular ml figure,minus the ab crunch.The blades on his head are thick sheet metal cut to shape and size,the six blades on his shoulders are the same and the blades on his shins are as well,and the four on his waist.and all sharpened,very VERY sharpened,had a hard time handling him!I used a chrome acrylic spray paint and i really like the way it turned out,hey fast freddie maybe you can paint my next one since you could do the sweetest chrome ever!but alas i am no ff,so i took the route of the recently posted awesome iron clad(not by me) and tested umpteen different kinds till i found one that actually reflects whatever is in front of it(like iron clad i think) and is uber shiney,just like chrome,more-so than my camera shows.painted the eyes red and blammo!done! and the whole thing is sculpted with aves head to toe,it was tough but i had a blast making him,thanks for looking everyone, much appreciated!
