Why? Why not?
He put his own personal touch on an action figure therefore it is a custom action figure.
You don't have to be a master sculptor or painter to make customs and I wouldn't doubt a lot of people here started out trading parts on GI Joes and coloring them in with sharpies, I know I did.
He isn't here trying to sell it for a million bucks, hes just sharing something hes passionate about with people who share the same interests which is kind of what sites like this are all about.
Thats my 2 cents anyways.
