WELL THIS TOOK SOME TIME!!!! SIGH... OUR FIRST SUCCESSFUL HEAD TRANSPLANT...LOL
THE BASE OF MODOK ACTUALLY WALKS FORWARD WITH JUST A PRESS OF A BUTTON. IMAGINE THIS GUY WALKING AROUND THE CORNER OF YOUR DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT... SCULPTING TOOK PLACE ON THE TOP HEAD PART. HE WAS FULLY PRIMED AND PAINTED FROM HEAD TO TOES.
SEALED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ACTION FIGURE...

Is that one of those movie hat spider guys under there? This is just pure awesomeness! The sculpting looks phenomenal! Kinda a steampunk MODOK feel to him! Paint apps look great too!

I really would not know, I got it in a thrift store, where the toy section is, and used it as a base. it does kinda look like a spider though

If the center looked like a bowler hat, the figure is from Disney's Meet The Robinson's. As far as I know he is only called Bowler Hat Guy!
