Hello All! Here is my stab at my first original character...BEAR PAW!!!! He's a farce of just about everything popular right now, and I think that is what made this such a good figure :) Enjoy the story!!!
He grew up as an outsider on a native American reserve in California and was known as a joke throughout his tribe. Being an outsider and having never been off the reserve, he grew up learning the evils of the world through VHS' at the local library. He trained everyday to become a formidable opponent against those other-worldly evils. When the tests to prove he was a man came, he met them head on. He already had the mindset of fighting monsters so his trials were a mere inconvenience more than a test. He passed them so quickly, he was given the mighty Bear Paw. A gift bestowed upon those that had a true warriors' heart. Upon receipt of the Bear Paw, he grabbed the closest motorcycle and rode towards Hollywood. Fighting injustices and righting all wrongs along the way. Once he made it to Hollywood, his fight against evil began! He started by taking on the evils he saw produced by Universal Studios. His first true fight was against the mighty King Kong. Obviously a fall from the Empire State building wouldn't kill Kong, so he would have to resort to something that was simpler. He found mighty Kong and began their forty minute battle. It was close, but Bear Paw came out in the end after he lit a sword on fire that he "borrowed" from the set of 'The Kingdom'. Though his "Epic" 2008 battle was declared an "accident" by the news and insurance companies, Bear Paw did not stop there. His next opponenet would be none other than...SKELETOR!! The menacing Skeletor had lived long enough in his eyes and had terrorized these "Masters of the Universe" for too long. Even though He-Mans' code of honor wouldn't allow him to kill Skeletor, Bear Paws' mission was to do that which no other hero could. He set forth to find Joel Silver, the man in charge of bringing Skeletor back to the "big screen". Bear Paw could not let this happen. He found Joel Silver and beat him within an inch of his life with a gun he found in a glass case labeled "Die Hard". He let him live, but only if promised to allow the Masters of the Universe to stay in their own universe. Amongst his many battles, Bear Paw has faced scientist Bruce Banner, posing as a gentleman named "Edward Norton", and forced the Hulk to stay down by cleansing his spirit with a Native American herbal remedy and a quick punch to the amygdala. His most recent battle was with AMC's 'The Walking Dead' "Creator" Frank Darabont. He was so distraught that a man would willingly bring back those from the dead, that he did something even he never thought he would do...he wrote a letter. In his letter to Mr. Darabont, Bear Paw listed the many that had fallen by either his fists or his blades and that Darabont would indeed be the next unless he would stop creating these "Walking Dead".
Since his arrival on the scene in 2008, Bear Paw has had many battles. From King Kong and Joel Silver, to Edward Norton and Frank Darabont. This is not the last time you will hear of Bear Paw. For if their is an other-worldy presence wreaking havok on the world, he will be their to stop it. He is....BEAR PAW!!!!
