I'm trying to get into model making as a hobby and the Reaper Freak from the video game Crackdown 2 (of which I'm a big fan) seemed like a really interesting character to try out. It's sculpted from FIMO polymer clay and painted with Citadel paints. I worked on it in little bits, maybe a couple of hours every few days for about a month and a half. (I'm not exactly quick when it comes to custom projects :D) I sculpted it in several sections (two individual legs, the body and arms as one piece, the head and multiple little spikes) before gluing the thing together and covering any joins and gaps using Polyfilla, which was shaped and texture accordingly. I'm still not very experienced with model making just yet, and I'm always looking to improve my work and build my skills. There are many areas I'm unhappy with, such as the positioning of the legs, his stance and stupidly large backside! However, overall I think I'm pleased with how it turned out.
