I've been really itching to make a Cap Britain for awhile now and I just felt I didn't have the right parts to make him. Then a couple weeks ago I found a Mattel CM Punk at a flea market and that got me thinking. I picked up the new MU style Cap Brit from the movie Cap America line and wanted to make that but only in the 6" scale. And so here I finally got to make my 6" scale Captain Britain:

Head: Iron Fist (fully resculpted part from the mouth area)
Body: CM Punk
Extra head & Sword: DCUC Aquaman & Taskmaster
Everything else was either sculpt, styrene, foamie, and/or fodder

Primed him then gave him a brand new paint job by hand. I don't think I'll be making another Cap for awhile though, that Union Jack symbol took too long, lol.

Great use of the CM Punk figure, makes me want to do this. One of if not best Captain Britain customs I have seen. Love everything from the modding you did to the figure to the clean and crisp paint job.

Now this is BIGLEAGUE FANTASTIC here! I love this character and the costume design is very eye catching always makes a great custom, but you JUST MADE IT MARVELOUS and definitely a OOAK or OIAM!

Love this fig man. One criticism though...you need to fill in the belly button hole...otherwise, it just looks like his costume was painted on...even though it really was...LOL.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually contemplated on doing this during the fabrication/sculpting portion of him but decided not to for a couple reasons, one based on how the suit is virtually skin tight on his body. The other is that there are quite a few ML's with this such prominent feature like HML Torch, HML Black Widow, and ML Iron Fist to name a few, unless that's just a flaw in their design of course . Thanks again!

Wow those paints are clean! Brilliant work. I wish they'd bring back Excalibur, maybe with Juggs, and leave them back. Same with Alpha Flight, Winter Guard, and I would love a People's Defense Force comic.
