Since you mentioned interchangeable heads, the Savage She-Hulk head from the Fin Fang Foom wave looks pretty great on this body. it's only slightly small, but the big hair balances it. I prefer it over the original head. I can probably snap you a pic if you like since I have OG's of both that haven't been hacked on yet

agreed awesome on all accounts and wouldn't mind seeing an interchangeable head, did that myself for my she hulk I am working on. Love the paint, especially the eyes and hair are off the hook.
