The original fig was cool but all to bulky for Namor in my opinion someone who swims as much as Namor or Aquaman are generally not going to be built like the original figure the Toybiz version has. So I swapped the jacket and belt from the toybiz version on to the hasbro version and repainted. Fairly simple but it loos great in my opinion
