If you where sent to her you came back working but not the way you should. she was well known for rearranging parts and dissecting personality chips and making servants out of her patients. No wonder that her biggest customer was Soundwave. He brought her Autobot high council members and she turned them into Lazer Beak, Rat Bat, Ravage, Frenzy, and many more. Their personalities and appearance changed so much that only their own creator would have recognized them. And all totally obedient to Sound-wave. Several of her victims did not survive the process. But on the day she was to meet Soundwave's new puppet leader Megatron she received a visitor and a ring and suddenly she had a new mission. She burned it on the wall.
