Again a repaint of a halo fig to make a lantern.
My friend Mike read named this one as well Ferine means brutish and he says this is a halo Brute
Ferine was drafted into a war he never wanted to be apart of but he hoped every day to see the end of the war and when his village was destroyed he continued to hope to get home and that all would be well. Some of his comrades made fun of him for his optimism and called him weak and spineless but everyone of them knew he would save them time and again and the entire time he would be praying that he was the one who got hit and that everyone else would be well. Some called him "gods shield" cause he prayed and ran interference like a mad man possessed. then in the pitch of battle a mortar came at his unit he jumped in the air and Prayed aloud "All will be well my life for yours my life for all. and at that moment two things happened almost at the same moment 1st a ring landed on his finger and shielded him from harm as the mortar hit him and exploded. No one died that day on his planet as his prayers became vocalized n the entire planet and everyone heard each prayer whether they where friend or foe each heard a prayer in their name. as a blue light descended upon them. The war was postponed and the next day as everyone felt guilty at being at war. Not one person felt pride in their part in the war and all felt hope of a new day. Ferine on dismissal flew home to the village he saw destroyed and found that his family was gone but his village had survived his twin sons and wife had ran in front of the mortars saying "Daddy will save us all and we will be victorious." He cried for them but hoped they where at peace and that he could help bring a new day.
