Well the final Harry Potter film is out, and growing up with the movies, it sure is an end of an era for me and all fans. I loved the dementors, so using some wire and a black t-shirt, I made one. I made a skeleton frame out of wire, then draped the tattered cloth over it. I also made an iced over base for it to hover of.
Super accurate or hard? No. Cool to have sucking the souls out of my Gi joes? Yes!

It looks super accurate to me, I love these guys in the movies. They just have an awesome creepy factor to them and you caught it perfectly. Now I have to try it.
