Made the dad, then decided to make the son from the Marvel miniseries awhile back. Kevin Masterson picked up his father's mace only to discover that he was the only one that could harness it's power. Now a fully powered superhero, Kevin's been invited to join Avengers Academy when he's ready, and he's about to be featured in Fear Itself: The Homefront.

Great custom!
After seeing this, I had to go get the Thunderstrike 5-issue mini-series that just ended in April.
I wasn't even aware it had come out.
Any possibility of making the other Thunderstrike costume? The one with the lightning bolt haircut, and spiky shoulderpads...

Looks great. I hope to make one of Kevin soon. I wish somebody would do his transformation with the mohawk and spikes. That would be hilarious. Oh and beware the time paradox if their maces touch, ask Kain.

Wow yeah uhmm I am behind on my comics pick them up in trade format these days to save a couple bucks. I was unaware they had brought his son in as Thunder-strike outside of MC2. So I went looked it up and I have to say WOW you did an excellent job of this version of Kevin. I have nothing but amazement of how sweet this turned out and how nice it looks.
