Head is LCBH Madman, torso is SOTA Vega, legs are ML Captain Marvel, feet are ML She-Hulk with ankle joints from LCBH Witchblade, hands are DCUC Red Tornado, arms are from 2 Toybiz TNA wrestlers, sash is from ML Elektra. Armour is plasticard & apoxie.

The only parts with no mods are the biceps. The shoulder armour is mounted onto 2 rods that run through the shoulder (lost a little movement, but it looks better than mounting them onto the torso). Luckily, when I made my last Shredder I made a set of blades that were too big - I kept those and was able to use them for this custom, which saved me a shedload of time.
