For Legion, I thought his normal costume was a bit boring so I incorporated parts of his Age of X costume. The end result if kind of a hybrid between the 616 and AoX looks.

I started with a Jigsaw, removed all the pouches and holsters and sanded off the Jigsaw-y parts. I then swapped the head for a Genis-vel and used Aves to make his hair. The armor plates on the pants are Aves and the suspenders are cut down from a Bionic Commando figure. Wrist selector is also made from Aves.

For the ability pics, I just raided my fodder bin.
