Kobra is a secret criminal organization that does the typical badguys stuff ( nuclear bombs, viruses, theft, etc. ) that Batman has to put a stop to. They have about 4 episodes in Batman Beyond where they appear as the main villains. This Kobra Lieutenant would lead a small band of Kobra goons out in the streets to do the dirty work, kidnapping and such, usually brandishing cool and unusual weapons. Here I have him with the Viper Fangs, which similar to a real viper's bite "are so sharp you'll barely feel them. But you will feel it's paralyzing poison." They are also seen using the hand blades that are showcased in the Kobra (Goon) figure I also submitted.

This was a simple paint job with G W Citadel paints. I did a head swap with a Kree Soldier. The pocket pouch was taken from another figure and in order to allow the leg full articulation I glues the pocket pouch to a strip of plastic and then the plastic to the belt. The black lines on his forearms and his black lips & chin denote his slightly elevated rank.

The Viper Fangs weapons were made with Bobby Pins embedding into apoxie. Small magnets were embedded into the back of his fists, so the Viper Fangs can be taken off easily and with no mess.
