I've seen a couple of Mr. Duncan's Kingpin attempts, but they were usually in the suspenders and wife beater from the end of the movie. I resolved to do it justice when I saw that Jakks Pacific had made Balthazar from the Scorpion King. For three years, I'd been trying to get it right. Every time I found the perfect body, Jakks gave some wrestler a better suit. As soon as the Rocky figures came out, I found the final piece. But it's the little details that make this character great. So the recipe is as follows: Head:Balthazar (Scorpion King) with a little paint and a lot of drimmeling. Body:Johnny Garza (Rocky II) painted the tie white and added craft rhinestone for tiepin. Hands:Shelton Benjamin (WWE) again, craft rhinestone and paint for pinky ring. Cane:(and this seems to be everyone's favorite) radio antenna with crystal craft bead. Enjoy. ![]() |

But what do you mean too big?
When it comes to the kingpin - bigger the better - 7 inches is the right scale size in my book
This is awesome man - you beat me to making one
been waiting on a certain figure to come thru the post to make one myself
youre cane looks really cool - but the movie kingpin had a totally clear diamond crystal cane
really great work tho buddy - kudos

one thing I must say. the figure looks awesome, though on the lips it looks like he's wearing lipstick or something.
