When I decide to do this figure I wanted something different to the normal Stormtrooper and decided to go with this concept.

RECIPE
Head - Stormtrooper helmet cut and modified and the head underneath is a seals head.
Legs and Arms - Stormtrooper's
Body - Scout Trooper
Shoulder Pad - SandTrooper
Cloak - CloneTrooper.
