Hi this is a custom Hangman. The base used for him was a Super Skrull. The head was sculpted, the rope is made of nylon, we made the nose, he has been painted from head to toes, and sealed multiple times for the protection of the action figure/hope you guys like him

it's a blue from the vallejo line. I think it's called ultramarine

these paint are very good specifically for dry painting, of a little area. But in this case I watered it down a little so it could coat easily with the spray gun
