Somebody requested this one and I didn't know a whole lot about the character past what I'd seen in the last Hulk movie videogame. He is a pretty cool looking Hulk villain (regardless of my ignorance) and I was originally planning on using the MS Hulk head to do this, but ended up just sculpting a new head from scratch so it wouldn't look so lazy. Oddly, the hardest part of this custom was getting that metal collar sculpted in such a way that it didn't kill the neck articulation. I ended up just carving the thing and whittling/sanding it down.
