First thing I did was dismantle as much of the figure as possible. Then I glossy black where it seemed appropriate. I wasn't going for the typical nemesis scourge (with teal).
His feet are made of card board with bodyfiller for strength
His axe is a chopstick and card
His gun is from 3 separate action man guns hacked up and rebuilt painted and dry brushed
The head is a third party one
