Back in the 90's, Peter Laird developed a team of "Super" Turtles, costumed superhero Turtles with superpowers. That concept didn't go anywhere until Mirage's volume 4 comics and subsequently the 4Kids cartoon series.

Graviturtle is voiced by Michael Sinterniklaas in the cartoon, so he is thought to be that universe's version of Leonardo. Thus, I used him for a base. The uniform is a combination of different TMNT belts and the cape comes from Nobody. The whip, I think, came from a Slice N' Dice Leo.
