I think I may buy another Ninja Gaiden fig and make Scorpion to go with him. This is the non fancy 'MK 1' version of Sub-Zero, since I didn't feel like putting alot of detail in the fabric (too lazy)
I used an old shirt for the fabric

I'm on the fence about painting the gauntlets as well- some versions of Sub-Zero have blue gauntlets (Mythologies comes to mind) but I think I'm leaning more against it.

The best part is, he keeps ALL of the articulation! It's an awesome figure
