It seems an archaeologist had come to this remote place to translate and study his latest find.Necronomiconex mortis roughly translated, "Book of the Dead". Bound in human flesh and inked in blood, this ancient sumerian text contained bizarre burial rites, funerary incantations and demon ressurrection It never was meant for the world of the living. The book awoke something in the dark in the woods.It took linda then came for me.It got into my hand and it went bad.So I lopped it off at the wrist.But that didn't stop it.It came back big time in trying to destroy the book, some kind of time tunnel was opened.I dropped out of the sky.Landed in year 1300AD There it was more of the same deadites , the undead spawn of the necronomicon. I went on a quest for the book not bescause I wanted to help these poor saps, but bescause it could send me back home. So I built myself a new hand."Groovy".Got myself some sugar and went after that damn book....
After many arduous and difficult challenges fighting legions of un-dead beasts, including a ghastly army of skeletons and darkly evil versions of himself.Ash scceeded triumphantly.
Hi fellow customisers this is my army of darkness Ash Williams figure. The recipe is as follows : The head is s-mart Ash from Neca.The torso and upper arm are marvel legends ka-zar.The lower arms are Dc universe aquaman.The left hands are from my fodder bin.The right metal hand and chainsaw are from Ash Pitt battle figure.The metal gauntlet is from therseus clash of the titans figure.The lower legs and shoes are from a Dc modern starman figure.The shirt is from marvel legends Stan Lee figure which has been heavily modifiyed with added chest pockets and buttons from salvanian figures.The harness has been made from scratch. The holster is from s-mart Ash figure.The watch is sculptured.The whole figure has been weathered worn and blooded.There is real blood on the chainsaw blade.The backgrounds are just screen caps stuck to cardboard.I wanted my Ash to be close to he film accurate as possible down to the smallest detail.This is one of my favorite customs so far please feel free to leave advice and comments .
