Simple. Used a Marvel legends Storm base. Withcblade hair with some sculpting. Random figures cape with added silver trim. Sculpted the tornado.Fully repaint. Please enjoy, Thank you.

Thanks everyone. I always loved the 90's Silver Storm so Shes my number one Custom. I don't know why she was never done by Toybiz? A steady hand and metallic paints : )
