From ones of Capcom action games: Captain Commando. Made from DCUC Aquaman head, body and legs. As for the hands, I choose Bandai's Gundam hands because of their robotic shapes (of course). As usual: sculpt, reconstruct and reshape then paint him with acrylic paint (both brush and airbrush).
