Tron was based on the look he has in Tron:Evolution (circa 1989).

Custom recast front torso in clear resin; sanded down slightly to slim the figure. (Always bothered me that the Rinzler toy looked like he had a beer-gut!)
Retooled/dremeled hip sockets for better articulation.
Retooled/dremeled back (with added detail) to allow for removable disc.
Custom painted with Citadel/Games Workshop Acrylic paints. Coated with Krylon "Seal-It" finishing spray. Retains light-up feature.
