Here is Arkon the Great, ruler of Polemachus. A character which hasn't received a lot of custom attention for what I've seen. A great to do with a Wrestling deluxe body, and a He-Ro Motuc head. The lightnings are made out of clear plastic. It is made as the depiction in the late 90s, in the Quicksilver comics. Hope you like it.
