Take a Spider-man movie J. Jonah Jameson figure and paint the arm sleeves white. Put a WWF Undertaker trenchcoat on him and pint it white as well. Finally pop a DC Direct Hugo Strange head on it and you have a Hugo Strange. All comments welcome.
