I was thrilled to snag the Archangel Death variant at a local store, but after getting it home and out of the package, realized that the folded wings included were just a dull, lifeless, crud grey. After a lot of trial and error (I used to paint pewter and plastic miniatures about a decade ago), I finally found a combination of base, dry brushing and wash that achieved something close to what I wanted, even if a hair got caught in there during the process. ;D

Just wanted some dirty, used-looking metallic wings, and I got 'em! Yay!
