This came out sweet. I like the way the parts work, it's an all around solid batman, and I like that there are man different sculpts of ol' bat's could work here, it made me take a look at my sheild agent and try matching different head sculpt with some happy results. The alt head looks great, I like the work on the eyes!

Great Bats! Cool concept. You do awesome work and I really like all the heads. Was it the lighting that makes the skin tone look that way or did you use the original skin tone? I'm pretty new at painting skin tones!
