Pretty simple - recast Leo's head, base, sheild and feet in red fibreglass (dirt cheap!) and made a sword by carving into a flat piece f fibreglass and adding a painted wooden handle. Not the cleanest casting but I'm pleased the colours match.

Very cool - casting in fiberglass doesn't sound too simple though. I'd love to see pictures, or even a tutorial of how you accomplished this feat. Great work!

Bit of a late reply... :/ Thanks! I took silicone moulds of a few of the original figure parts, then cast them in fibreglass resin, which happens to be orangey/red and translucent. Then stuck to a human torch figure
