This is Micron from the futuristic JLU as seen in the Batman Beyond animated series, in the episode "The Call". He's pretty much like Antman, only he uses energy to change size. He can get really big or really small really quickly at will.

Buffed his head, apoxies eyes and waist, dremmel'd the shoulders joints to prevent chipping. Painted with GW Citadel Paint. I had to do the symbol with a toothpick and half-dried paint. Still haven't ordered fresh paint XD I wish I had one of those nice reaaaaally skinny paintbrushes.
