This is Micron from the futuristic JLU as seen in the Batman Beyond animated series, in the episode "The Call". He's pretty much like Antman, only he uses energy to change size. He can get really big or really small really quickly at will.

I cut and dremmel'd his head as best I could without chopping the whole thing off. I still think it's a little big, but..wtv no one will notice. I also attempted to dremmel off his chest machine, (and I got most of it off) but I didn't go too far because I don't have many heads on my dremmel to choose from and was already getting too close to dremmeling off all the muscle details from the upper torso. However, the drybrushing made the circles appear again (lol why did I even bother).
