Next up is not something I had planned on making, as I don't even own the very few issues she appeared in. However, earlier this week my toys r us rewards points came in and were burning a hole in my pocket, so I went out to buy the Hulk/Valkyrie 2-Pack intending to make a Juggernaut using the recipe thats all the rage these days. Which left me with a seemingly useless Valkyrie. Seriously, while its a great representation of the character with a very pretty face, as a customizer, what the hell are you supposed to do with it? Well, it turns out I'm really unimaginative, because I used it to make essentially another valkyrie.

For those who haven't read the recent issues, the Disir were Bors (Thors grandfather) Valkyries. They secretly started feeding on other Asgardians, and when Bor found out, he cursed them to exist outside of any of the realms and only be able to eat the spirits of Asgardians, which they would be forever unable to do since Asgardian spirits would only be in the realms of Valhalla or Hel. Loki, of course, found use for them. I won't go into all of it, but the issues they were featured in featured a hell of a lot of blood and dismemberment, which is exactly what should happen when people carry swords around.

Sword: Some LOTR Rohan figure, probably Eomer
Lots of sculpt and vinyl.

BTW, I hate painted fabric. I think I used 3/4s of a pot of Scorched Brown on her cape, skirt, and hood.
