This is BullyBoy, the superhero persona of the Customizer of the same name. BullyBoy and I both focus our work on the 5" scale figures and share a lot of ideas. So using the image he made on his website I put together this figure just for him. I"m pretty please with how its turned out.
I used the Kid Flash base with black lightening head (both from the Total Justice line) and repainted in acrylics. I only took poetic licence on the belt.
