I wanted to go with a darker/more realistic take on Cobra's expendable assets so I made one that resembles a SWAT officer.
It's funny that Cobra troopers fit the description of a SWAT officer to the letter except for the "counter terrorism" duties of it, I guess a Cobra SWAT would have "counter-counter terrorism" duties :)

Vest and face are from a resolute cobra trooper, body is from a PoC Hawk and helmet from a 25th hit & run. Enjoy.
