This is an X-23 (black suit variant) crossed with a Maria Hill figure from the two pack with Iron Man. I drilled out the neck entirely and just planted the neck from the X-23 inside of it with superglue - keeping the functionality of the ball-joint and the skin-tone of the neck piece. I also removed the hands and feet in the same manner so all the joints still turned/functioned. Then I sanded off and polished the spots where the SHIELD emblems had been on the arms. I'm considering making her navy blue cat-suit black, but for now here she is.
