Yeah, I love me some symbiotes. After Venom and Carnage it was only natural to make an Anti-Venom. Though it may seem different, he was quite easy and fun to make. First, I've removed a bunch of spikes from his torso and back, then used some Green Stuff to hide the holes. After it hardened, it was time for painting. As always, I've used Vallejo paints. Primed matte black and dry brushed with two grays - a very dark one and a much lighter. The first one also was used heavier than the latter. Lastly, dry brushing a little white. And the best part is that you can see all those four colors on him. The next step were those black elements. I've started with a white outline and done the interior later. His mouth is painted with a dark red and a lighter one (plus varnish) to simulate some saliva. Eyes are dry brushed with red and white on top. Oh, his spider emblems, face and arm bands were also dry brushed with a very, very dark gray to bring up some texture. Hope you like him despite those less than perfect black areas and their white outlines. Inspired by customtoyz's use of this figure for a Zombie Venom and STANJOKER's Anti-Venom. Check them out! PS. Will I make a Toxin, too? Who knows ;) ![]() |
